“Love the design. When i received it the rim was chipped. Not a big deal. What was a big deal was the size. I wish they tell you how many ounces it holds. My irish mug is about twice it's size. Still love it though and it's a gift anyways.”

“I chose the click & collect option. In the web they say I would receive an email when the order was prepared to pick up, but the email never arrived. I decided to go to the shop to ask and fortunately the order was prepared.”

“I was on a cruise on the British islands and our stop in Dublin was too short so we were rushed to see Trinity college and I never saw the Gift shop thanks to a friend doing the cruise with us she did buy it. I was just in love with it so I decided to buy it online. Very satisfied with thre product and the delivery very fast. Thank you very much”

“Keeping customers up to date with their purchase and acknowledging correspondence efficiently should be a key objectives to any company involved in customer service . Despite a request to send a document to the shipper , you only acted when I expressed my sheer frustration and anger at your inability to reply to the shipper or me . Hence my ‘gift’ will now arrive late for an important occasion . But I learned a valuable lesson . I can’t support your business again .”
