“It's hard to give a review as I bought about 10 Book of Kells books and 3 of them m were broken. However the order arrived very quickly. And everything else was fine. Thank you.”

“I ordered a tea tin and a magnet. They were shipped to me in the US quickly and were of excellent quality. I am very glad I ordered them after forgetting to buy my mom a souvenir while I was in Ireland. They are very pretty items.”

“Bit of a shambles - no confirmation email following purchase, so I wasn't sure if the order went through. Called the number on the site (a mobile number) and they couldn't find the order, until after a lot of searching. Since this was a click-and-collect order, I asked where the shop is located. Their answer: it's near the laboratory (which one?!) - the staff member didn't seem to know much about the campus and couldn't give any other reference points or landmarks. I eventually tracked the shop down by wandering around campus, asking staff members. Hint for other customers, it's in the Hamilton Institute, near the Westland Row side of the campus. Overall, the experience was par for the course when dealing with TCD administration.”

“We've visited the gift shop almost every one of the 30+ times we've been to Ireland. In two cases, around 1996 and now, we've ordered on-line. In 1996 we purchased three framed, limited edition reproductions of Book of Kells pages. They arrived to NJ in beautiful condition, and are the most showcased and treasured item in our home. More recently, we purchased the Book of Kells book - gift edition. It arrived in a timely manner to our home in PA. Couldn't be more pleased with the exquisite quality of the numerous illustrations and accompanying text. The offerings of the gift shop go well above and beyond those of other "touristy" shops.”
