I didn't recieve my parcel. UPS updated the postcode for some reason to an incorrect code. Please can this be recitified.

Never received my purchase. UPS informed that my order returned to sender. I need to know if you will refund me or send again the order

It's as bad as it gets, and the obstruction of protests is no reason for you to treat your customers perfunctorily. You had many ways to solve the problem, but you chose the worst one, you were so slow and efficient that in the end my friend ended up having to throw the product in the trash bin..... What a waste of money..

You emailed to say that my order was sent by UPS standard on 6 December. It is now 15 December and nothing has arrived yet. Please could you check with UPS as to where my missing order is. Thank you.

Keeping customers up to date with their purchase and acknowledging correspondence efficiently should be a key objectives to any company involved in customer service . Despite a request to send a document to the shipper , you only acted when I expressed my sheer frustration and anger at your inability to reply to the shipper or me . Hence my ‘gift’ will now arrive late for an important occasion . But I learned a valuable lesson . I can’t support your business again .

You sent me table mats. I have advised my credit card company to not pay. I have sent many emails but no response. The table runner was a gift for my wife. Is there anyone responsible there

I ordered two cups and I received only one. I sent an email with pictures of my order and the box the mug came in. I never received a response. I paid for two mugs and I would like the second mailed to me.

The mug has a lot of ships in the paint. Should have a clear coat over it to preserve the picture. I paid $30 shipping and am disappointed in my order.

Site let me order and then much later told me it wasn't available. Didn't offer any alternative or even let me order individual items. Couldn't order other things as delivery charge was taken for items delivered and it made no sense to pay it again.

Three of my five items were damaged. I have sent three inquiries including an email with photos of the items and I never received any responses. I tried going through the Returns instructions for shipping the items back but the page only responds that I'm entering my own wrong address information. Therefore I couldn't even print out a return shipping label.

I was sent 3 boxes of womens socks, which are absolutely awful!! Have been trying desperately To contact someone at store to return them, or at least get the correct mens socks sent to me..have sent letter to AnnMarie biffley to request assistance Please let me know who else I can contact to fix this!!
