“I started working with them more than eight months ago. I invested a decent amount of money. But when I needed to take them out voluntarily, they didn't do it. Then I get an assistance from "CONCEPTSTRD" they helped me get my money back. you can check them on google and they will get your money back within 2 days”

“The business has phony favorable ratings everywhere, even though it is a scam. Put money away from this broker. I gave them all of my money, and they held onto it for three months. I was urged to make more deposits, but when I declined, my account was blocked the following day. In a few days, C-O.N-C;E-P-T/S-T_R-D*COM assisted me in recovering my investment and profit. You too can try them if you have same problem like me.”

“I cannot express my utmost disappointment with this broker,Their refusal to process my withdrawal has left me furious and utterly dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I was not able to retrieve my funds back, I feel compelled to share my grievances to prevent others from falling into the same distressing predicament. First and foremost they refused me of my withdrawal and it was completely unjustifiable. I followed all of their stipulated procedures and provided all the necessary documentation, yet they still arrogantly decided to withhold my funds. I want to say a very big thank you to Mrs Charlotte Scott and her remarkable team. I will keep on testifying about your good works as long as I’m alive. ““Unregulated a-holes. I'd call the police and have them charged with harassment if they had an address. Constant calls , don't take a hint never dealt with dirtier scum in my life.thanks to COVSECLTD*COM, eternally grateful for refunds and legal action was made I was able to get my money back”

“I was persuaded to deposit money by this website, but after I did, I found that I couldn't take it out and that no one was returning my emails. I lost £76,900 to this fraudulent company. It was suggested that I get in contact with LOUDOUIN*COM in order to receive my profit and money back in a matter of days. Thus you can contact them if you run into the same problem.”

“Was great to see their ethical banking info and signed up about 1 year ago for the personal account (also at present signing up for a business account). The app and online banking is good but a little "busy" visually compared to other banks online platforms. Also the way they calculate the available balances online can be a little tricky to work out on times - it would be much easier to do the whole "Current balance = £x, Available balance = £x" standard that others use. On the whole though it depends what you want in life. If you are happy to take a few minor bug bears in the knowledge you aren't supporting fossil fuel or the arms trade then this is the bank for you.”

“I really hardly remember my last contact with Triodos, and so I think it must have been satisfactory. I can bear a grudge quite easily, and so would probably have remembered if there had been any big problem. I can't remember if you are one of the many organisations that play muzak when clients telephoning are waiting for a reply. If you are, please note that muzak drives me mad! If I am phoning my bank, I am THINKING, and do not want muzak which just annoys me!”

“Our Community Interest Company now has a Triodos 'social venture' business current account, This means we can begin to sort out our future and know where we stand in relation to our parent organisation. The process of getting there was a bit laborious, but we feel as though we are in safe hands. Throughout the application process, the Customer Service Team have been readily available and helpful.”
