“My daughter bought a duo in December. It was too big for her so she did not wear it and ordered a new one. I purchased the one she bought from her it lasted a month. One side pulled out of the clip. Since ?I did not purchase that one I could not return. I had to order a new one. You need to find a better way to make them more durable. I have purchased my products from you.”

“Purchased the Zen Loop Duo and the Zen Karma. The Duo was a bit small, but the lovely lady in the Trion:Z office brought out a larger size when I was outside their office. Excellent customer service! The quality, as always is superlative.”

“Have used Trion Z for four years now and would not hesitate to recommend most of our family get them as birthday or Christmas presents and are disappointed if like this year I forgot.
