"Okay i allready made a review an google so let me copy Paste it, because I\u2019m too lazy:\r\n\r\nSo I'm native french\/german so please excuse my grammar...\r\nI was on the search after a specific bike:\r\n\r\nGT Grade Carbon Carbon Expert 2020 \/Colour Jade\r\n\r\nso with the help of google i found triton cycle and they got pretty amazing price and deals, especially if you don't have to pay the VAT in the UK, which is with 20% pretty high compare to Swiss MwSt -> 7.7%.\r\n\r\nso i wanted to order the bike (check my printscreen) but I had 2 question about the right frame size and the VAT return. Unfortunately and like the other reviewer said before, they're not reachable on the phone and didnt answer my 2 mails... so i wasn't sure if its a scam or not and I didnt ordered the bike. and then i started to read the review and check about reddit, you know stuff you do, to be sure about a firm.\r\n\r\nafter a week or two, i decided \"fuck it\" i'll pay with the credit card and if i don't get the good, then mastercard will reimburse my purchase.\r\nbut then the bike i wanted GT Grade Carbon, wasn't anymore available and I was kind of piss of myself and mad because i didnt get any answer. After that i thought okay, so they're real and have a stock and the online shop is somehow connected to the stocks, so i dediced again to give it a try with the:\r\n\r\ncannondale topstone carbon 105 which is pretty similar from the spec and geometry i just like the frame more from the GT.\r\n\r\nso let me make the story short:\r\n\r\nI ordered the bike on 21. May and received it on 28. may see the print screen (Triton and TNT). -> thats just a week and I'm living in Switzerland and with the borders regulation with corona it's pretty fast! \r\n\r\nso what i want to tell is -> maybe the communication is bad but the service and price is GREAT! thanks guys i'm really happy with my purchase!\r\n\r\n i gove Triton cycle just 4 Star out of 5 because the lack of communication. with better communication i would have give them 5 Stars."

“Placed an order on 13th June, after chasing finally received a dispatch confirmation email on 29th June. When the part arrived it was missing a piece. Tried phoning but no answer or just rings out and email (via contact page on website) and no reply. It was only a small part I ordered so I've not lost out, its just frustrating that sort of poor customer service still exists. I personally definitely wouldn't recommend this company.”

“Placed an order in June, still not received and not replying to my emails, I have also tried calling many times but they dont answer. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to raise this issue.”

“Brilliant! I ordered my bike and it arrived the next morning so I couldn’t have asked for a speedier service especially under the current circumstances when most shops have either no bikes or none available until later this year! Advice offered on phone was great, thank you Triton I love my bike!”

“Great service ordered canondale Bike on Thursday arrived at my home Monday morning kept updated throughout the Whole process. Good quality product reasonably priced and great range all in stock I was a bit warey After reading reviews but I really can’t fault the service provided excellent thank you”

“Ordered a Burley bee bike trailer. Significantly cheaper than anywhere else I could find on the interweb. Ordered early May, but deliver kept being pushed back until July. Arrived today and now I can get my kids outside on bike rides whilst the Scottish weather is still good! Taken a star off as I had to email to find out when delivery would be, rather than getting kept up to date, but then I suppose COVID meant they were very busy.”

“Delivery was over two months late with very little communication, other than one email (after I had emailed) advising it would be delivered by 5th July. This email was received in May with no other communication other than a few days before the trailer was being delivered. Quality of product seems good but won’t be using this company again.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrendous customer service. Still awaiting order due 3 months ago when said items were in stock. No response to emails or anyone picking up the phone at the office. Complete charlatans taking advantage of people in these most challenging of times. Have had to resort to raising a dispute with my credit card company to retrieve payment as was left with no other option. Wish I had read the other reviews of people having a similar experience first”

“Ordered a seatpost, small relatively uncomplicated item. Order made on 7 June. Website said they had it in stock...hence why paying full RRP. Turns out they didn't have it in stock, or if they did they then took 11 days to ship it (ironically the same day I contacted the wholesaler to ask if they had indeed ordered one in...which should not have been required if the website said they had stockholding) So they come back to me on the deadline date for actual delivery and try to magnanimously state that it's not their fault and they're paying for expediting delivery (like they're doing me a favour?). Delivery arrives next working day and lo and behold....it's not what I ordered. So now 2 days of silence...wonder if I now need to wait 2 more weeks to return the item and accept a refund? Took a month to resolve... very poor service”

“Ordered from the website, bike was shown to be in stock. It was dispatched within a few days and arrived next day following dispatch along with the pedals. The other accessories were dispatched a day later. Everything was as expected packaged well and I have no complaints. Many thanks!”
