“Cwrt Bleddyn Usk We have stayed at the above hotel for over 20 years. Unfortunately the hotel has really gone down. The bedroom(1) was tired not exceptionally clean. Worn moth eaten carpet. The bed was clean and comfortable. We expressed that we were disabled a d required a room near to the bar and restaurant. When we arrived we were given a room I'm a building a distance away from the main building but my husband declined and explained that we had explained when booking that we needed to be in the main part of the hotel. This hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds. We have given it a few chances but seen no improvement. The staff are very helpful especially in the bar. Their price is too high for what they are giving.”
