“I had the gift sent to my boss' house and immediately wrote an email to request the invoice not be included since there was no 'Gift' option, they could not do. My boss sent me a video and the thing is crackling the whole time while spinning and then stopped working within the day. sent the video and email request for replacement but they requested a photo of the packing label which of course I did not have nor did my boss keep since it was a gift. so no solution to the broken display.”
