“Customer service is horrible. They, like every other company in America, uses AI and email to communicate. When I spend money with a company, I expect to speak to a live person, and on the same day as I need assistance.”
“To much AI for my liking. It took me several weeks to finally being able to order my item. I was looking to have a duplicate belt made and was constantly given the run around by the AI BOTS even after numerous request for an actual human who could help. It was only after giving a bad review did someone actually reached out to help. Once that happened the process went smoothly.
