They offered up to 20 engraved at purchase, but I was unsure how much space the trophy actually had for plates and emailed multiple questions beforehand—no response at all. I ended up only getting 10 as a result. After delivery, I saw plenty of room left and emailed again offering to pay for the other 10—still no reply. Disappointing lack of communication on what should've been easy pre- and post-sale follow-up. Hope this has improved for future customers.”
