“When I ordered the trophy I checked with customer service to make sure that it was delivered by the date of the leagues’s award ceremony. I offered to pay for a faster shipping method if needed but was assured that they would let me know if delivery would not make the deadline. The trophy did not arrive in time and the league didn’t have anything to give the winner.”
We’re sorry to hear that you had trouble tracking your order. While the Shop app is not required, we do send email notifications with tracking updates so you can easily stay informed on your delivery status.
