“This company is very responsive, especially by email. I've had really great service. I had one issue with a couple of mangoes last year. The company asked me for a picture for the damaged product then they sent me a new box. Only 1 suggestion, please allow us to make one purchase with multiple delivery. I have a suggestion. It would be helpful for those of us who can't eat all the fruits we get to be allowed to split orders so that you can get 1/2 the box and send the other half to someone else.”

“Just received the Tropical Fruit box and I am so excited. Everything is so fragrant. Can't wait to eat it all. I may consider sharing with my family. Only suggestion is putting a note in the package on how to store the fruit.”

“I must commend the wonderful service at Tropical fruit box. Had some issues with my order and I contacted Tropical fruit box my email. Their response was super fast and I was sent a replacement box. The Thai guavas were big, green and juicy and I am totally pleased with their service and my order. Will highly recommend this business. Thanks for satisfying my cravings for Thai guava.”

“The pink pineapple was amazing. It was sweet and juicy. I received it quickly. It's a bit pricey, but the free shipping cushioned the blow a little. This is my second purchase. I love it.”

“I am very pleased with this company. Tropical Fruit Box also stands by their word. My only suggestion is possibly using dry ice packets to keep the products cold longer for when FEDEX can't deliver on time. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to future orders with this company.”

“I have ordered a few fruit boxes from Tropical Fruit box and I have always been satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the packaging. I had one fruit box show up where the fruit was bad and they sent me a replacement right away with no issues! The customer service is amazing and the fruit is everything and more than I expected. “I received my box of Haitian Mangos. They look amazing. They are big compared to some I buy at a local international store. I did have two with rotted spots but they are still edible. Thanks, Tropical Fruit Box! Definitely referring to my family and friends!”
