My package was delayed 1 extra day, no fault of Tropical Fruit Box and half of my Mangosteens arrived spoiled. All the other fruits arrived in perfect condition. Mangosteens are very perishable and Tropical Fruit Box was happy to either refund or send another order of Mangosteens, that is true customer service and will definitely use them again!

I ordered 2 extra-large boxes of cacao pods from Tropical Fruit Box to do chocolate-making for a birthday party. The pods arrived exactly one week after ordering as the website states and were beautiful! One of them was not in good condition upon arrival and Tropical Fruit Box was quick to provide a partial refund. Overall, the chocolate we made from these was delicious and a great educational experience for everyone!

Also I have found that their prices are most reasonable and the free shipping and speedy delivery are much appreciated. In the rare event that a fruit arrived spoiled or damaged, I received a refund or credit. Easy to work with. Great fruit!
