“I sent mango boxes to both of my daughters. They said their boxes arrived with fruit okay. I also bought a box. Two of the 12 mangoes in my box were damaged and rotted before ripening. They gave me a credit on my next order. The mangoes are delicious!”

“I have ordered many times from Tropical Fruit for my son and myself. We are obsessed with the Passion fruit and make wonderful juice from them. They have been very helpful when there was a problem which isn't often. They sent a new box when there was a problem with a few of the fruits. You can trust them they are very honest. Enjoy”

“I've ordered over 20 boxes from this company. I love the quality of the fruit they offer and the fact they guarantee its freshness. When it arrives damaged or not fresh, they either replace it or give you a store credit. I love the fact they are so responsive and make things right every time. Happy to support this small businesses who works hard to please its customers.”

“I ordered a box of longans about 1 month ago. The fruits arrived in a week . Unfortunately there were some fruits were spoiled due to the heat . I contacted customer service and they addressed my concern immediately. They sent me a replacement order right away. The fruits are delicious. Thank you for your excellent customer service Lan Tran.
