“A little smaller than expected, but great flavor. I even seared a couple of slices in a pan to really get the sweetness out of it.”

“The pineapple was smaller than expected. The taste was great. It was sweet, not sweeter than your standard yellow pineapple.i enjoyed the smell. I thought it tasted like pink lemonade but my friend disagreed with me. This was actually the first time I ordered fruit from somewhere. I didnt realize that fruits being shipped were frozen. Overall, it tasted great.”

“Very flavorful fruit, and great customer support! Most fruit come in great condition and they replace any fruit damaged in transit. Got to try and taste some fruit that I never would have otherwise. Wish they would offer mangos from India - so many great varieties.”

“The customer service can't be beat. I tend to be pretty high maintenance and they were texting me back almost immediately when I had questions. Super polite and helpful. You get a response from an actual human who has a brain who answers questions thoughtfully and intelligibly. That's almost unheard of for companies today. I did have an issue on my first shipment and they sent a replacement as soon as I questioned it. They didn't just send the one item that was wrong they sent a full new box without me even requesting it. I was shocked by that over service. I will note that the first box got too me WAY quicker than I expected and I was out of town when it arrived. My house sitter put the fruit in the fridge and it kept for over a week still in great condition. The second box took much longer to ship to me so I left that fruit on the counter and it rippened very quickly. Great to know you can adjust to have it ripen as needed by how you store it. Between the boxes there was a bit if inconsistency. The first one I got one big fruit and the second two smaller ones. Either works well. They se to be consistent on the amount of edible product and if anything I got slightly more edible product weight when they did more if the smaller fruits. Overall extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of product.”

“I have purchased exotic fruits from a few companies, and Tropical Fruit Box is my absolute favorite. When you spend a pretty penny purchasing fruit, you expect the best quality fruit and service. Tropical Fruit Box excels in both. In my first order, a portion of the fruit was damaged, and the company happily offered a prompt solution. The remaining undamaged was absolutely delicious. I haven’t had some of these fruits since I was young! Will definitely purchase from them again.”

“This is my third order from Tropical Fruit Box. I cannot say enough good things about this company. It’s currently hot enough up here to sit outside and eat a juicy mango from the box that just arrived. It’s the closest to home that I’ll get for a while. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Excellent customer service! Fruit came well packaged and accurately timed and delivered. Due to human error we missed some fruit but they were very gracious when i emailed them. They promtly sent it out in a second package. Thanks! U guys were a big help in makin our day special!”
