“Been using this shop since its humble beginnings of just a few tanks and to see what ipits become is just fantastic the staff are very knowledgeable the range of stock available is second to none and prices are brilliant give them a go you definitely won't be disappointed keep up the good work tropical Supplies North East”

“I think all the fish iv bought from here have died, my water always tests spot on and fish from other shops are happy and thriving. The latest purchase from this shop gave my tank whitespot and after speaking to the owner i purchased some 'amazing new treatment' which was just a waste of £20, killed my anemone and in fact made the fish appear worse off. Think i shall avoid this shop from now on.”

“When I received my fish I thought that they were all dead, but after leaving the bags in the tank for 45 mins the fish started moving. The fish seem to be ok today, there is only one that has died. I only received 8 lemon tetra instead of the 10 that I ordered.”

“Just starting out again with a new fresh water tank after 6yrs off, wish these guys had been round back then! Great knowledge, helpful advice and love the Facebook page and loyalty points. Can’t wait to get stocking the tank and many return visits!”
