“Waited two weeks for any news of my order. Contacted them to say it hadn't arrived and they blamed it on the boutique but didn't give me any update on when to expect the product. Pushed them for a response and they cancelled my order. Have to wait 10 days for a refund. Sham of a place.”

“I ordered (order 11034716) a pair of shorts for 95 euros. The shorts were on sale in your stores and you sent me the shorts with the price tag at 47.50 euros while charging them 95 euros, it's dishonest...and no response to my 2 emails while a PayPal refund is possible...”
