Still waiting for my order and no e mails to explain delay

Hi Anne, hope you are doing well. Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey, we really appreciate that feedback. I have just been looking into your order with us, and unfortunately, it appears to have been lost in transit by the carrier company. I’m really sorry - this is obviously not the experience we hope to give our customers. We completely understand that this situation is not ideal, however, unfortunately, as our couriers deal with such a large amount of parcels every single day, accidents happen and some orders do fall through. This is certainly not excusable and we will continue to put measures in place to avoid situations like these from happening in the future. We apologise for disappointing you with this order and for any inconvenience this situation might have caused you, we definitely wish we could have had a better outcome. Express delivery took more than a week - and my complaint was only met with "not really our fault as this is UPS' fault, but as a token of goodwill we will remove delivery fee". Who hired UPS?

I'm so sorry to hear that there were some hiccups in having your order delivered to you on time, we truly apologise for this very disappointing experience. I have had a look and it seems like our couriers had a bit of a backlog with orders and so, unfortunately, deliveries were slightly delayed. I can see we have an agent on this for you so please reach out at any time while they are checking with UPS. We completely understand that this is not ideal and extremely frustrating for you, however, unfortunately as we do get busier our couriers to face some bumps. We are working very hard with our couriers to have these resolved! We do hope you give us another chance to provide you with more positive experiences in the future as we have hundreds of boutiques that have wonderfully beautiful pieces you would enjoy. My product has still not arrived despite being promised it after 3-5 days. It's now over a week and the track parcel reveals that it still has not been delivered to UPS. I am not happy. Alison Knocker

I love my little cuckoo clock havent quite worked out the settings yet but love that its made of recycled materials and is modern but quirky. Fast delivery time too. Very pleased will shop Trouva again really like their style.

Hideous experience! Avoid and shop elsewhere. After waiting over a week for a friend’s birthday present to be dispatched by Lilac Rose, (ordered through Trouva) I was told that the item was no longer in stock. I’m so disappointed as now I can’t find the item anywhere else, and feel terrible that I’ll be letting my friend down tomorrow on her birthday.
