I've only had one interaction with Trouva. i bought some jeans which they then emailed me to tell me they didnt have, but at least they had my email address and since then i've received three emails a day from them of Spam even after blocking one of their many aliases and unsubscribing from they address book. just clogging up my inbox. Thanks Trouva!

We ordered a lamp shade. It took a couple of days to tell us we'd have to have a display model instead (no discount offered) as they were out of stock, we accepted this. It's still not arrived another week later and we emailed to ask where it was but we have only had the automated response. Beware shopping here; no attention to customer service and in our case no product delivered at all.

Not happy with this I am afraid. It was very expensive for what it is anyway but is so badly constructed that the joint in one corner has come apart and the glass is loose and coming away from the brass edging. Have had to glue this with epoxy in my own workshop. As I am capable of repairing it I haven't returned it but won't be tempted to come back

The light is now up looks good and I’m happy with the final finish. Whislt fitting there was some missing components which I had to go and buy from a electrical store and for the price I paid I am unhappy

I ordered item on 12th October Have had no notification on dispatch or delivery Had email to say item would arrive by courier today Still waiting!

I ordered a plant (chain of hearts) and the money was debited on the 8th October and today the 19th still not there at recipient.

After ordering an item and receiving an email telling me the order was being dealt with and on its way; after 4 days and no item, i clicked on the 'track your order' link from the email, only to be told the item was out of stock. It would have been nice to have been told of this so i could have sourced the item elsewhere without the 4 day delay.

I really like the idea behind Trouva, but we didn’t have a good experience unfortunately. The rug we ordered sold in the physical shop and there weren’t any others in the size / design we wanted.

Ordered a form vegan protein shake which is very good. Not impressed by the service from Trouva - Package arrived late and was only pushed through the delivery system because I phoned to find out where my delivery was. They did apologise on the phone and said they would offer me a refund on the delivery which was absolutely fine, I understand these things happen. However, I then get an email offering me a discount on my next purchase rather than the delivery refund that was promised. I find that quite insulting really and assumes I will come back again even despite the delayed delivery - definitely will not be ordering from Trouva again.

Very poor customer experience, still waiting for a refund after payment was taken 24th Sept. Not prescriptive or proactive customer support. I have had to hasten Trouva a few times now. Shame as usually quote good.

My item never arrived and I've asked for someone to contact me to arrange delivery / see what happened but have not got a response. I really want the item but will just have a refund now if it's not available I just need to know either way.

Having ordered what i wanted on the 26th of December I was informed that it wouldn't be sent out till the 4th of January, which seemed reasonable at the time. But when it came to the 18th of January and i hadn't received my order, I decided to call Trouva and find out where it was. I was informed by the lady that i spoke to that according to the computer it had already been sent out to me so i said OK I'll wait a few days and see if it arrives. A few days later i called again to see where it was and the lady i spoke to said she would try and find it for me and call me back. That call never came. Then on the 23rd i called again to be told that i would get a call back after they found out what was happening with my order. Not even 10 minutes later i got a call back saying sorry it seems we are out of stock of this product what would i like to do. Seeing as i had been waiting over a month for something that i needed by the 10th of January at the latest i decided to cancel my order and am now waiting for my refund. I have been offered a discount for my next purchase with Trouva but i don't think I'll bother, seeing as i was lied to about the status of my paid for product.

Extremely disappointing product, like something a child would make! An insult for the price. On the positive side I was offered a refund
