“I am not sure how I found you ,as I am not a regular internet shopper ,having very limited computer skills ,but you had a wide variety of gifts ,and I am delighted with all my purchases and amazed that all have been received within a week of placing the order ,even when coming from Amsterdam and Spain ,quite amazing ,and I regard TROUVA as quite a find and am sure I will use you again !”

“Items arrived damaged, but needed them to complete a Mother’s Day arrangement so a return wasn’t an option, also paid extra for express delivery which took 5 days to arrive, which in my opinion was a waste of money.”

“I ordered some Elizabeth Scarlett items through Stocks at the Vine in Stockbridge via Trouva. The service was second to now and the Boutique owner wrapped my items up beautifully and with a personalised note which I thought was a lovely touch. My friend and I will definitely be visiting this shop about an hours drive from ourselves as soon as lockdown is lifted to see what other beautiful things they may have. I always try and find gifts in the small independent boutiques instead of the big department stores.”
