“Trouva waited a week to tell me the item is out of stock and it will take a further week for a refund. It’s means not only have I lost out in being able to buy from another company during Black Friday, but also that I risk not getting the item in time for Christmas. Very, very disappointed.”

“I ordered two items. One was fine and the other was the wrong thing. I think they had simply run out of what I requested and sent something similar. The person I liaised with at Trouva was very helpful, but ultimately, the experience was disappointing. I heard nothing from the company the items came from.”

“Really good service the two beautiful pieces we purchased were received promptly and very well packaged and protected. I loved the orange tissue paper they were wrapped in, and felt really bad I had to unwrap them and spoil the effect but I needed to examine them. One of the pieces I ordered I had miscalculated the size so had to return it for a smaller piece and this was very easy to do. Would really recommend”
