“I bought one a spice mill and another salt mill, on the 10th of this month, one of them arrived damaged, I made the complaint and despite having received several emails so far I am still waiting for the exchange.”

“Dissatisfied with my purchase. It was not in a new state. Dented scratched and the bulb ran out within the first hour. I am sure it is an ex demonstration item. I would not order from this sight again.”

“its all fine until you want to cancel an order you have made. I did so after a matter of minutes having found the same product for much less elsewhere on the internet. No way was I helped to do so either by the site ( no clear HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER anywhere obvious)..... and the whole process absurd..... you have to receive the item then return it etc etc..... JUST BE SURE YOU ARE JHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU PROCEED.... I FOR ONE WILL AVOID TROUVA IN FUTURE”

“I ordered 2 candles. Picture and details showed 200g candle that burns for 40 hours. Instead I received 2 90g candles that only burn for 16 hours for the same price. I don't know if this was a mix up because Trouva won't talk to me and they haven't answered my email. I feel a bit cheated.”

“I found my package dumped by the end of my drive. You have to drive through gates and several hundred metres to the house which they didn’t do. It was pouring with rain and they had put an extra bag around the PJs and backpack but the packages were damp Not impressed with the delivery service”

“Terrible experience using Trouva. Will never recommend anyone to order with them. It took 2 weeks for my jacket to arrive then when it eventually did it was the wrong jacket. It was a gift for a birthday so was a very awful experience. It was a nightmare sending it back and the communication with the company was very poor. No contact number and people taking forever to respond. I honestly thought I had been ripped off. I got my money back only yesterday after 3 weeks. Never ever again!”

“I liked the look of the scarves on line but sadly didn’t like the colour of the pink border which looked more orange than pink so sadly returned both as l had ordered 2 - one for me and one for a friend as a Christmas stocking filler No return label in parcel Costly to return recorded delivery so no unliking to buy from you again”
