“June 1, 2021 A few days ago, I submitted a request to Trouva to return the two (2) Marimekko Mansikkavuoret tins (PO No 6888429) I received. I have received no word from Trouva. The tins are both damaged with scratches and a dent. I submitted photos of the tins, the package and packing. I would like to get these tins on their way back to you for a refund. I would appreciate if you would acknowledge my request to return the two Marimekko tins.”

“Dear Trouva, Thanks for the opportunity to get to know you and enjoy your service. The whole process of choosing, buying and receiving was simple and pleasant, with prompt delivery of the item purchased, plus the added benefit of finding it elegantly packaged (the one reason though for which I can´t yet appreciate the cup, it being destined as a birthday gift for my daughter, a fan of Frida´s and herself an artist - incidentally, she spent five years of her earlier life in Spain and is a fluent speaker of the language, much in love with the country and its culture -, and I´m leaving it up to her to unwrap the box). On top of all, a personal handwritten note was attached to the package with good wishes, quite lovely in fact! Thanks again, and all the best in your future pursuits, Ivan”
