“Well I would if I actually got my parcel what I would say NEVER USE UPS for parcels deliveries within the UK they are very unreliable please find an alternative like DPD, Royal Mail would be much better.”

“I bought this pretty set of sparkly LED lights to entwine around my stair bannisters. They are a perfect fit and are just the job for raising the spirits in the evenings in these dark and dismal times. During the day, when switched off, they are barely visible but at night, beautiful. I originally found them on another website at £15 more so I was delighted to find the exact same thing at the lesser price from Trouva.”

“Ordered 3 beautiful paper lampshades, excellent services, kept informed about delivery and arrived as scheduled. Very happy with the lampshades. My only criticism was I felt all the plastic packaging was excessive and the product should be protected with paper not polythene bags. I care about the environment and future generations.”

“Found the perfect picture on the site, ordered and received a tracking and a delivery date for 2 days time, the money was taken from my account the following day but I still have not received my item after 10 days. Unable to track so not sure what to done to next. Not used to leaving a bad review sadly, but when asked to leave one with the order not fulfilled leaves me with no alternative.”

“Dreadful service. Told me my order would be delivered 24/2. Four days later still not turned up! No information from Trouva regarding why. All the other companies I have dealt with keep me informed. Clearly too much for this shower.”

“I had to pick up the parcel from a news agents in town regardless of being at home all day, when it is said that they were unable to drop it at my premises. I take in parcels for my neighbours all the time as they are always out and yet when I order something I have to pick it up. So yes I am disgruntled. However my parcel was in good order on arrival.
