“I was looking for a marble bowl with a good price, and I found Trouva, I am generally cautious about ordering from websites I haven't heard of, but I was very happy today to receive my beautiful bowl, great quality for a good price, delivery on time with a personal little note inside. Very happy and highly recommend it to everyone. Also feels great to support small independent boutiques!”

“Ordered my product over 1 week ago and it still has not arrived, despite a supposed 1-3 day delivery time. Customer service has been good in responding to my enquiries but we are still no closer to finding my missing item. Very disappointed as the item now seems to be missing entirely.”

“My sister gave me a Biara sweatshirt, it was so incredibly soft I ordered another in another colour. Such great quality and so soft! When I received the beautifully presented sweatshirt it had a hand written note to say i hope I like it! Great customer service thank you.”
