“My sister gave me a Biara sweatshirt, it was so incredibly soft I ordered another in another colour. Such great quality and so soft! When I received the beautifully presented sweatshirt it had a hand written note to say i hope I like it! Great customer service thank you.”

“I am impressed. I ordered a set of beautiful green glass tumblers. They arrived quickly & beautifully wrapped, unfortunately one glass had a crack in it. I took a photo and sent to customer services. Chloe organised with the seller who sent a replacement glass within 2 days. Wonderful. very happy.”
