unfortunately I am still waiting to receive order no; 7572731 ordered over a week ago and with express delivery. As this was meant to be a birthday present I would be grateful to know when I can expect to see something.

I'm so sorry to hear that there were some hiccups in having your order delivered to you on time, we truly apologise for this very disappointing experience. I have had a look and it seems like, unfortunately, the boutique that you ordered from had a slight delay when it comes to shipping out your order. We completely understand that this was not ideal and extremely frustrating for you, however, due to the current situation, a lot of our boutiques are still working with fewer opening hours and staff and so delays can occur. We are working very hard with all of our boutiques to keep orders processing as normal. We do hope you give us another chance to provide you with more positive experiences in the future as we have hundreds of boutiques that have wonderfully beautiful pieces you would enjoy. Even though I didn’t keep the purchase I ordered I was very impressed by the excellent service .The refund was quick .Perhaps the only downside was having to pay for the return which they said I should send recorded delivery which was expensive!Having said that it won’t put me off shopping with them again.

We completely understand that our returns policy is not ideal for everyone, however, unfortunately, at the moment, all our boutiques are small independent businesses and so are unable to cover returns for all of our customers. My fault but a statue I bought was smaller than a tennis ball but in the picture trouva made it look very impressive check your sizes….

Goods delivered promptly. Unfortunately, there was a minor fault. I raised this with Trouva who responded immediately. The communication and Service I received from Trouva was first class. Amazing company and I will definitely order from them again.

I found the website very easy to use. Everything came well packaged and with a lovely note from one of the sellers which was appreciated. When an item was unavailable I was emailed about it quickly. I will definitely be using Trouva again!

I placed and paid for my order only to be told afterwards the product wasn’t available - of course it was after you’d taken my money, not during the purchasing process. Although the personal email was a nice touch sending alternative options much more expensive than my original order and really quite different felt extremely sales orientated which I didn’t appreciate. Then more product options in an email about refunding me felt a bit desperate. Then I’m automatically put on your mailing list without signing up for it. Poor, poor, poor. Won’t be using you again.
