True religion are at best totally incompetent, at worst dishonest. They advertise items on their website, take your money and then later say not available. This is either appalling stock management, a way to increase cash flow or a way to get your details. This is very common , you only need to read other reviews to see this is common practice. The company went bust a few years back , if they continue to act like this they will lose trust from consumers again.

I ordered a Christmas present from here on Black Friday. A week later I still had no update or anything so I checked my order status and the order ‘unable to fulfil’ so I ask a lady on their live chat who was incredibly rude and to cut it short she said that it might be out of stock, wait for an email. It’s been over 10 days and I’ve had no email or anything. Completely shocked at this company. Should have read the reviews see as there are many similar ones. I would honestly buy this brand from somewhere else, not directly from their website.

Oh no. We ordered a few bits on Black Friday as the prices were real bargains. Have now received an email saying the order is 'unfulfilled' - I have called their customer services to double check whether payment was taken but couldn't understand what the lady was saying at all! The conclusion was I should just wait a few days and see if they can find stock of the garments I ordered. Why send the email in the first place? I'm quite scared now that it's a scam and I'm going to lose my hard earned cash.

Purchased 5 items received 4 out of 5 even though it said 5 items where delivered!! Called customer service numerous times all you get is a foreigner no supervisor is ever available to speak with and no help! I purchased for my daughter for Christmas! I will NEVER purchase again with them i never been treated this way before and i just keep getting same response they have to discuss with there warehouse and supervisor are in a meeting and one will call me shortly

Waited for there Black Friday sale found some absolute bargains that looked too good to be true, managed to secure my order and ordered 4 things and they only had my size left, I waited a few days then had an email saying they can only fulfill half of my orders. They have turned into a joke of a brand and have lost there exclusiveness. Don’t advertise big flash sales if you can’t provide the stock. Don’t accept money if you can’t offer the item if you told me at checkout I wouldn’t have been bothered. Won’t be ordering again and this is a good customer lost.

Never get anything that you order made 3 orders got one t shirt last order the jeans not delivered after 3 weeks of waiting that Item was lost in transport next order of sale items received one t shirt everything else out of stock and another pair of jeans ordered on a diff order also out of stock! All x mas gifts thank god didn't order last min as they are now terrible to shop with! Used them for a few years after last 4 orders I know not to use again!! Do not be silly like me and order x mas gifts I'm lucky as now have time to order elsewhere but should you be last minute you will end up in a mess!!

I have two pair that I bought about 18 months ago. Both cost around $300 each. I only wear these jeans maybe once a month. The back pocket buttons fell off. I asked for help with a repair and was told I need to supply them a ton of data, which I no longer have. I purchased these at a True Religion store in San Diego at Fashion Valley that is no longer open. I guess that should of been my first clue that I would receive on help. So save yourself the money and DON'T BUY this brand as they will not back up their own product.

Wow, wish I had read the reviews. I own a pair of the jeans and love them so was very excited to see them on sale on their website. Ordered jeans over a week ago and when I went to check on the status, it said cancelled because of low-inventory and they are trying to restock soon. Basically what others have posted. But when I go to their website, it shows my size in stock but with a higher price. Agreed they take our money and tell me it will take a week for the charge to be credited. I won't order from this site again.

Awful company will never buy again wish I had read these reviews first - seems it’s their tactic to entice buyers with discounted products that don’t exist only to cancel your order and not tell you!!! Obtaining money by deception!! I will he reporting you to trading standards you should not be allowed to trade this way. Seems I am not the only one.

Went to the north GA outlet. My husband and I were, for our entire visit, the ONLY people in the store. This occurred on 10/24 at 1230 pm. There were 2 clerks behind the counter who couldn't have made it cleared that we had interrupted their conversation and were clearly a burden to have come into the shop. They were rude and I could mention the customer service except, in this case, it didn't exist. On another note, I did find it a tad unprofessional that one of the clerks had on Tommy Hilfiger apparel. I suppose if you (as a company) don't care about your customers receiving any kind of (or in this case, none at all) service, I really shouldn't be surprised. I plan to never shop in any of your stores again and will make it a point to let all if my friends and acquaintances know to do the same.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service. Talked to someone on the live chat website and asked about my order since it never shipped and they said they were out of stock and getting a new shipment in soon. Then a few days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to it being out of stock !! Never order online from here.

Worse online site ever. Have had many items and orders cancelled due to poor stock management. They so call have it in stock but cancel your order days later and hold your money for 5 days. No wonder they went out of business not long ago. Don’t buy from their online site, trust me. Waste of time for overpriced items not even made in USA no more.

Do NOT trust True Religion, ironic the name of the company. My first order one thing was out of stock, next I get a sm sweatshirt and lg tank top instead of medium. 2nd order my two things are canceled. 3rd order canceled, same as the rest because they ran out of stock. Can't return at the store only exchange. I'm really scared to return the items I have. My jeans say delivered but haven't been. I will never order again, was just excited seeing jeans for a decent price instead of hundreds but now I'm at a loss and I'm poor anyways. How hard is it to make the website so it stops selling an item you run out of? Do it when you still have a hundred left to be safe. I was offered nothing for all these mistakes.

The staff at the true religion stores in San Ysidro treated my children like they didn't belong in the store. I emailed true religion customer service and they never responded. Overall horrible experiences with true religion.

Ordered an item in august in the sale. Waited over a month. No communication, no item received. When I contacted them they basically had no excuse for the delay, tried to say they didn’t receive the order, were out of stock and without any apology just refunded me a month and a half later! Outrageous....Will never order anything from them again. Either crooks or badly managed. DO NOT purchase from online as they advertise items they don’t have and will keep your money for months!

I am big fan of true religion i spend alot of money on the "designer brand" with the worst customer service and the worst webpage even i used. Recently i made up 3 orders all of them were on discount and i end up with order refund i had to wait more then 10 days now 5 days more to get my money back. Basiclly 15days they just keep my money i cant be more disappointed than this.

This is my 2nd order from the website. Unbelievable how long it takes to receive online orders. 1st incident ruined my son's bday gift. I was done but he insisted on another purchase that was ordered on Aug 21st, still waiting for the shipment with the same order status. Get it together!!!
