I purchased a varsity jacket online and they sent a hat instead…I’ve emailed customer service and STILL haven’t received any response…I’ve spent so much money with them for the holidays and this is the thanks I get…make sure you have money to just gamble with when making a purchase

Terrible customer service. Do not buy any items. Nothing is true to size
If you have to do a return you might not get a refund. It is almost impossible to reach customer service. The items are too expensive to not being able to reach customer service. When you finally get in contact with them they are no help.

I ordered the red Crystal Tiger Zip Hoodie & Jogger set on November 29th, $123.00
Label was created on 12/3 @ 2:40 in California. Arrived in Ellenwood, GA on 12/14 at 7:40 pm. Today is 12/20 and it’s still just sitting there. I sent an e-mail to True Religion customer service, awaiting response. I will update once received, this has been a bad experience

I have been contacting True Religion via their text app since December 13th about my package. It was scheduled for delivery and has not moved.
I contacted Fedex and Fedex said contact True Religion so I have and the customer representatives on the text app are so rude and unhelpful. Megan E lied on Monday Dec 16th and told me to contact them back in 3days. I did which is today and SUPER RUDE JADE M was VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT CALL FEDEX SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME IF COULDNT WAIT FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK. She was HORRIBLE TO TALK WITH.
She also told me to call in 2-3 days just like Megan said on Monday. They just lie and give you the run around. You cant speak to a live person only text.
ITS HORRIFYING. Im uploading the screenshots of the LIES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MEGAN E AND ESPECIALLY JADE Mshe should be FIRED

I ordered 8 shirts from them which ended up not fitting and I don't know how bc I ordered a medium and wear a small but they were still too small and I've tried everything in the world to get ahold of customer service to return them and I can't get any help whatsoever and there's not a store located in my state so I'm just stuck with 8 shirts a lot of money worth bc I can't get anyone to help me with a return.
