“Two very old locks in our house finally gave out. I contacted Trulox, and a technician was assigned to me. Brooks arrived and figured out a way to replace one without cutting a new hole. The guy also found the part for the lock, saving us $150 in replacement costs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
