“I got locked out while on a walk with my old dog on a cold day and panicked since we had nowhere to wait outside our building. Called one company that had a waitlist, so I had to contact Trulox and Brooks was there in less than 20 minutes. The technician got us in a quick process for what may be one of the more annoying mistakes one can make!”

“Ariel was very efficient and knowledgeable. I had problems with two locks on my wrought iron gates. Ariel changed the lock totally on one rusted closed lock at my request and repaired the other gate's lock. Very friendly and funny. I recommend him and Trulox.”

“My old brass lock broke on our front door. Trulox was able to come out within 24 hours to examine it. Turns out I needed a new lock because the piece broke within the lock. Our new lock was very expensive but worth it. It was installed perfectly by Johnny.”
