“The locksmith who came to my house answered the phone promptly and said he would arrive at 8 am the following morning. He was prompt, polite and finished the job within 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable. He noticed my outside screen door was broken and kindly took a few minutes to fix it without charging me.”
