“Brooks got in my car in less than 3 minutes. He took a very carful approach and didn’t damage my vehicle at all. That was very important to me since he was working on my Audi. I will be using this service again if I am ever in a Similar situation. Thanks brooks!”

“I used Tru-Lox recently to help me get a new key made for my car. I originally had an issue with the first key that the tech made me, due to the nature of my car being the make, year, and model that it is. The techs that came out to help me get this issue resolved were exceptionally well-versed in customer service. Haron and Al were both involved with helping resolve my issue, and they did so with efficient and hospitable customer service. Tru-Lox’s staff is top notch. Thank you for turning an already frustrating experience into a positive one.”
