“Although it was not an emergency, they came within 1/2 an hour after I made a call to the office. The technician took his time to make sure the job was done well and the cost was the price quoted over the phone.”

“We were so pleased when Hakeem showed up after we called Trulox needing help. We had locked ourselves out of our home on a Saturday morning. It took him about 20 minutes to get to us from the time we called & he was efficient & friendly. We would call them again in a pinch!”

“I called in at the office and within five minutes, Hakeem stopped by on his way and fixed the door in less than 5 minutes. I've honestly never had a contractor come out so fast and fix an issue with such alacrity. I really can't say enough kind things about him. The guy is professional, knowledgeable, and unfailingly considerate. I highly recommend Trulox.”

“Highly recommend Trulox Locksmith! We just moved into a new home and needed to get the locks re-keyed. We had already replaced one doorknob ourselves and Brooks was able to re-key all the other locks in the house to match the key for the new doorknob so we'd have one less lock to pay for.”

“I needed my locks in the house to be replaced. I called in at Trulox, and I was assigned a technician. Brooks changed them all and did it quickly and efficiently, and I was very pleased. One day later, I contacted him, saying one of the doors was not shutting properly, and he immediately showed up and fixed it. I highly recommend them and will use their service again.”
