“The front door latch broke, so we were all locked out of the house late at night in the winter cold. Called them, and Ariel came right across the city to drill out the door handle and install a new one. The whole thing was rapid and no-nonsense. They are very dedicated to helping their customers.”

“Called Trulox to replace the locks in our new house. They were able to accommodate our weekend visit request, as well as provide clear options for our choices for the locks. Since the tech guy did not have some of the door knobs we were looking for, he returned the following day and replaced them promptly.”

“Ariel was awesome! He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and showed me what was causing the issue (the deadbolt not fully sliding out of the door). I could not recommend him and Trulox!”
