Not sure if my prescription is automatically filled Ed monthly.
At first it did... then it was not.
You must be clear with your process and alert consumer of forthcoming refills or time to renew.
As of now I do not know where is my refill?.. do I have one?? ... or do I need to renew??”

“My main concern was with the late deliveries. Twice I had bad experience with very late delivery and was provided was wrong arrival dates.
As for the pills, the effect was less than what I expected, it did help some though.

The 2 arrival dates were due a system glitch, every time a tracking number is generated, you receive an automated notification . The team had noticed that there was not apartment number on your file so fixed it immediately and entered a new tracking number. This sent you another notification and thus the confusion arises.
This was totally our fault, this should have been communicated to you and I’m sorry that we let it happen. I want you to know that I will be passing your comments on to our customer success team who will definitely be more aware of such situations in future.
Again, we’re sorry that we dropped the ball this time, but we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I’m really sorry that your parcel was delivered late but let me assure you that is not the case for the majority of our shipments. Every parcel we ship is via expedited shipping service and for the most part it takes 1-3 business days for it to be delivered. Yes there can be some exceptions to it for example this holiday season or some Canada post internal error but we try our best to get the meds delivered as soon as possible.
