“Yubikey Bio works very well after finding how you.set it up from the internet.As does yubikey 5CI It would be helpfull if some instructions came with the products To make set up easier”

Hi Peter, Thanks for the feedback - given the wide range of platforms, applications and services the YubiKey supports it's not possible to enclose instructions for use that would cover every scenario. We instead feature the yubico.com/start URL on the back of every pack to to make sure you can access the instructions and support you need.

“Delivery was fast, in a very professional black envelope. AusPost sent me an email before delivery telling me I would need to sign for it, but then they just shoved it in my letterbox, which I don't mind but I could see this being an issue for someone who has more serious security considerations and who needs to ensure the device is not tampered with. This seems like an Auspost issue though, not a Trust Panda issue.”

Hi Paul, Thanks for the feedback on the signature on delivery issue. It’s not isolated but is very much a delivery contractor training issue. We’re continually engaging with AusPost on this and we’ll be able to use your delivery as an example for training with their parcel delivery contractor that didn’t follow the process on this occasion. If there is any concerns that the package has been tampered with please get in touch with us and our team will be happy to assess and if necessary replace the YubiKey.
