“Quick turn around time from ordering to recieving notification it was ready for pickup! The business was located off the road in a quiet suburb which is great - means you don't have to deal with hundreds of people and parking. Pick up process literally took less than 20 seconds. Had a couple of surprise lanyards and pens thrown in as well. Pleasure to shop with.”

Hi Arunkumar, Thanks so much for shopping at Trust Panda. We notice you selected the standard shipping option (5-16 business days) that travels via Australia Post parcel post. You ordered on Sunday night, we shipped it at 8:37am the next day and it was picked up at 2:59pm by Australia Post. We do our best to get our parcels out the door, but at this time of the year, Australia Post is under a lot of pressure with increased volumes and sometimes parcels can take longer to reach you.
