“Fantastic customer service from the terrific Allan D, was having trouble online as when I tried to check out the system wouldn’t accept my address for delivery, when I sent though an email explaining, had very quick reply email from Allan saying my address could be delivered to and he kindly offered to send a link for an invoice and ordered the item for me, which worked beautifully. Wonderful communication and customer service, Ordered late on 21st Dec and item a soft toy panda for a birthday gift arrived yesterday 2nd Jan, pretty prompt for the holiday break. Many thanks to Allan and the trust panda team, for a great experience, and for helping me purchase a much sought after cute Lin Lin panda friend for a young panda fan Cheers Kimberley”

“Whilst the purchase through Trust Panda was great, the postage provider they chose to use was unsatisfactory. Parcel was a week past delivery due date and when contacting Trust Panda, no response was received for several days and not until after I had chased the delivery down with the postage company.”

Hi Paul, We appreciate your feedback and at Trust Panda always work hard to improve our customer experience. For the benefit of others reading your review: 1. You selected Standard Postage during check out with an indicative shipping timeline of 5-16 days. 2. Your order was received and shipped on the same day - 24/11/2023 by your selected shipping option. 3. Australia Post attempted delivery on 07/12/2023 but was unable to gain access. This is within the estimated timeline for delivery during a peak shipping period for Australia Post. 4. You lodged an enquiry with Australia Post on 11/12/2023 before you made contact with us. 4. You contacted us on 12/12/2023 at 9:05am and we responded the same day with a reply at 6.03pm. 5. The package that was unable to be delivered was subsequently located and successfully delivered on 13/12/2023 which is typical as Australia Post normally locate these packages within 48 hours of an enquiry. Respectfully your comment about not receiving a response from us for several days is not correct and if you have recommendations for alternative postage providers in Australia that deliver to your region at a reasonable cost in a fast timeframe we'd be happy to hear them. “I urgently needed a Yubikey on short notice, and Trust Panda were fantastic! Many great models, all in stock and available for pick up in under an hour - a real life-saver! Every part of the transaction was super fast and easy, including the in-store collection. I also really appreciated that, unlike most other online tech stores which offer a collection service, they actually checked my ID - which is especially important for security token devices. Overall extremely happy with Trust Panda, and will definitely recommend them!”
