“Super impressed with every aspect of the purchase of my Yubikey 5C NFC security key. Simple purchase process, rapid shipping and nicely packaged. Was also nice enough to throw in a free pen! :D It was also super professional of the Trust Panda team to include a note in my purchase explaining the lack of packaging from Yubico for the key; shows they care about quality. 10/10 will order from Trust Panda again.”

“Hi, I just wanted to say how impressed I am by my purchase from Trust Panda. The item arrived within a day of ordering, which was amazing but likely location-based, however, what I really appreciated was the process. Once my details were confirmed my order was automatically managed with all updates including an invoice emailed to me in a timely fashion. The packaging of the product was also excellent and really appreciated. Thanks”

“Rarely do you come across a business that is as dedicated to good quality customer service as Trust Panda is. Staff at all levels go out of their way to help. These guys clearly respect the role the consumer plays and you get treated accordingly. This is the type of business that deserves to succeed. I could not recommend highly enough.”

“AMAZING customer service - when I had an issue with delivery (auspost delay) I got a response in half an hour from the seller and constant follow ups. If you need security keys in Australia, can’t recommend this place more”

“Dear Panda keepers, I was so impressed with the service I received from Alan. He gave me all the information I needed to choose the correct Yubikey for my new Mac and iPad, and the key arrived on the second business day. The packaging was very secure, and I have put a lanyard on the key so that I don’t lose it. (we 70 year olds are a bit forgetful !) I am so impressed with Trust Panda that I have made their website photo my new desktop image. ! In this lockdown period it makes me smile every day. Kind regards, Susan Edwards”

“Trust Panda has easily the fastest shipping times for YubiKeys in Australia. Whenever we need a yubikey we don't need to stockpile a bunch since they delivery fast! The express post makes a big difference especially in these COVID times.”
