“Delighted me with a much shorter delivery date. I ordered on 25/1. They picked and packed on Australia Day! I received a week earlier than promised. Yubikeys were as expected. Trust Panda even included a little gift. I rarely write reviews. I often am disappointed by e-commerce providers in Australia. Trust Panda far exceeded my expectations.”

Hi Joshua, Thanks for the feedback on the packaging we use for shipping. We introduced the recyclable cardboard envelope for shipping even for the small YubiStyle stickers and YubiKeys following several issues with the carrier and customers not being able to locate goods that are shipped out and our delivery issues reduced by over 98% as a result. Given the low value / single item order you placed for $8.95 we recovered our total cost of shipping in our minimum shipping fee of $10.00 (that is actually less than our actual cost of delivery to you). This shipping cost would be the same regardless of the size of the envelope as it is the minimum charge Australia Post levies on the delivery to your address as part of our eParcel contract. Thanks for the feedback and we'll continue to work on better options for lower cost items in to the future. AD

“Highly recommended for individuals and businesses. I purchased Yubico YubiKey's to start my security key journey for the personal security of my online accounts. I thought they may become an irritant having to ensure I have a key with me. In the end, they complement my iPhone, which is a security key itself. In most cases, I mostly use them with work/public computers/networks, and seldom need them at home. If purchasing, I recommend the YubiKey 5 (except those in the blue colour). The little bit extra spent on the YubiKey 5 in the black colour option includes one-time passcode capabilities (same as those used via an Authenticator app). Once you have codes setup, they're available via any device with Yubico Authenticator, on ANY device. If you haven't got your phone or it's dead, YubiKey is a great backup, with codes available via a friend's device!”

“This is my second purchase from Trust Panda. This time to buy a backup Yubikey ( 5Ci), after reading your article recommendation that a second key is advisable in case of losing the first! I am very impressed with all of the helpful articles on the Trust Panda website, and with the detailed setup instructions for my Mac , iPad and iPhone. I am a lady in my early 70's, but I love innovative technology, and follow all the latest security hints with great interest. Hence my Dashlane password manager and my Yubikeys. Just one little thing.........the clip on my new lanyard kept popping open with the slightest pull. I have had to sew it together to avoid losing it. Keep up the excellent service, your company is the face of the future.”
