Yubikey stock ordered 27/9/24 Still not arrived by 8/10/24 Called support line - they have tracked the item, and confirm I have not received it - apparently the item is on its way back to Trust Panda. Asked operator when the Yubikeys will be shipped... he sais he did not know, and depends when they receive the already shippedc (but failed to deliver) items. Asked "hypothetically" if they never receive the failed delivery, when would they send the items I paid for. Answer "I don't know. If you like can get a manager to call you" "Okay - yes please, have a manager call me if you do not know. When are they likely to call?" "I don't know. They are very busy" ...right.

Hi Brett, We engaged Australia Post on this issue and they've advised that the address you provided with your order was incorrect which is why the delivery failed in the first place. Despite providing an incorrect physical address we reshipped your order for free, upgraded it from Standard to Express Post to your PO Box and a manager called you back within two hours of your initial call. I appreciate that you may be frustrated that the package didn't initially arrive but our team do work hard to escalate and address issues regardless of who is responsible for the initial problems.

There is far too much packaging for such a small item: the Yubikey I purchased is about a centimetre in size but it arrived inside a plastic package inside another package which itself was inside a thick padded envelope that was over 20cm in size. There were various other inserts I didn't want included that giant envelope. I feel guilty about the amount of waste this order generated.

Hi Charles, We've worked for a very long time over many iterations to optimise our customer experience and this is the first time we have ever had negative feedback in relation to our packaging. The size and type of packaging we currently use is designed to ensure successful arrival at the destination in addition to ensuring you are confident the security product you ordered has not been tampered with in transit. We are working with our carriers to address their inconsistent ability to deliver smaller packages but at this stage they have advised us that smaller packaging is likely to cause loss of product in the supply chain and subsequently affect delivery timeframes. We appreciate you taking the time to provide a review as it informs our ongoing product development cycles and will be taken in to consideration in the next iteration of our packaging. Allan
