“The sale service to confirm if the buyer got right security usb device was excellent, postage was excellent. My only complaint is they charge for more postage for 3 usb stick and yet all 3 usb used the same one bag as $60 for postage would not encourage more sales.”

“Very quick and easy to order. On this occasion however, my package is sitting at Penrith Post Office when delivery address was clearly to my office at Richmond. I sent this back to Trust Panda and no response. As it happens I am in Penrith tomorrow so will go to the PO there and hopefully collect my order.”

Hi Joshua, Thanks for the feedback on the packaging we use for shipping. We introduced the recyclable cardboard envelope for shipping even for the small YubiStyle stickers and YubiKeys following several issues with the carrier and customers not being able to locate goods that are shipped out and our delivery issues reduced by over 98% as a result. Given the low value / single item order you placed for $8.95 we recovered our total cost of shipping in our minimum shipping fee of $10.00 (that is actually less than our actual cost of delivery to you). This shipping cost would be the same regardless of the size of the envelope as it is the minimum charge Australia Post levies on the delivery to your address as part of our eParcel contract. Thanks for the feedback and we'll continue to work on better options for lower cost items in to the future. AD
