“Very happy, prompt service. However my order in June 2024 was intending keys with 5.7 firmware but received 5.4 firmware keys again, so I was diappointed with that. Order #811906”

“Very helpful - but I would have liked to have known the option for a FIPS USB-C NFC stick. I realised that my nano USB-C stick was FIPS and would be curious to know about the difference. As it stands, that one does not work with microsoft, but the one I bought with Trust Panda does.”

“Whilst the purchase through Trust Panda was great, the postage provider they chose to use was unsatisfactory. Parcel was a week past delivery due date and when contacting Trust Panda, no response was received for several days and not until after I had chased the delivery down with the postage company.”

Hi Paul, We appreciate your feedback and at Trust Panda always work hard to improve our customer experience. For the benefit of others reading your review: 1. You selected Standard Postage during check out with an indicative shipping timeline of 5-16 days. 2. Your order was received and shipped on the same day - 24/11/2023 by your selected shipping option. 3. Australia Post attempted delivery on 07/12/2023 but was unable to gain access. This is within the estimated timeline for delivery during a peak shipping period for Australia Post. 4. You lodged an enquiry with Australia Post on 11/12/2023 before you made contact with us. 4. You contacted us on 12/12/2023 at 9:05am and we responded the same day with a reply at 6.03pm. 5. The package that was unable to be delivered was subsequently located and successfully delivered on 13/12/2023 which is typical as Australia Post normally locate these packages within 48 hours of an enquiry. Respectfully your comment about not receiving a response from us for several days is not correct and if you have recommendations for alternative postage providers in Australia that deliver to your region at a reasonable cost in a fast timeframe we'd be happy to hear them. “Everything was fine. Documentation regarding yubikeys is a bit scarce, but that's not really trust pandas fault. Was a bit cheeky asking for $5 postage when I just dropped $270 on 3x yubikeys, but it is what it is. Postage was simple and quick though.”

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on our service. Based on customer feedback we took a decision to "unbundle" the cost of shipping from our product prices several years ago given this works out significantly cheaper for customers that purchase more than one item. Our shipping charges are set simply on a "cost recovery" basis and at the moment given recent carrier price increases and fuel surcharges that are in excess of 10% do not currently cover the shipping charges we incur for your order. We've noted and will continue to assess customer feedback on our approach. ~AD

“I'm thankful that Trust Panda exists to distribute Yubikey in Australia. They do a great job at that. Unfortunately, none of the other products are compelling or consumer-oriented. Do people buy $500 encrypted USB keys? Hardware-based encryption is cool, but c'mon.”
