“We arrived at the car park and were informed we couldn't park as trusted travel had not paid the fees . No time to find another car park that morning vacationcare were also totally unsympathetic lost our holiday . No response from e mails avoid this company at all costs .”

Our tour provided a picturesque, historical and cultural guide of several noted sites such as Loch Ness, Inverness, Invergordon and Cawdor Castle. “Lounge was closed. Very slow and much contact needed to get reimbursement. No compensation offered. No contact directly possible when the problem occured. They were not aware that the Lounge didnt open at that time. Questionable if you should trust them with your money or rely on their promise of services.”

“Booking had to be cancelled of covid trusted travel gave me a full refund and a discount to book again which also had to be cancelled and they gave me a refund straight away. I will use them when I finally ge to travel again”
“Its a shame you have to even give 1 star to this company just to write a review. Had a parking booking which because of Covid-19 was cancelled. Nearly 5 months on I still await a refund requested. I have emailed and emailed and get no response. I get excuses from the 1 email they did reply to saying that they have changed their banking system and cannot refund to card. They have my bank account details for a BACS transfer and still nothing after receiving that email over 2 months ago. eMailed them the bank details and over the next 6 weeks to further emails to chase them. Still no refund. Never never use this company - they have no idea of customer service and should be reported to the Government and put out of business providing this service.”

“We are still waiting for a refund of our Aspire Lounge booking at Manchester Airport in 2018. It was cancelled by Trusted Travel without explanation just a few days before the holiday despite being booked and paid for months before. We were assure we would get a full refund, it has never happened and I reckon at around £40+ plus per booking that they have made quite a tidy sum and so to me the only thing they are good at is taking you money and pretending you don't exist. DO NOT TRUST TRUSTED TRAVEL!!!!!!”
