“total scam this company , everything their is just to make money delete reviews that do not align with their business.”

“Trustpilot remove negative reviews for themselves and subscribing businesses (if you pay Trustpilot for an enhanced account). Twice I had their human staff verify I had the right to leave one company a review, but it was always auto-removed in minutes. Then trustpilot simply ignored me. Trustpilot are frauds. As for leaving a one star review for trustpilot, forget it.”

“Removed my reviews about how yell and google removed bad reviews. Trustpilot make up some software detecting garbage as reason why. Now I cannot even login to leave a review. From a retired professor this really is a dodgy site a professor can't work out what they are doing. STAY AWAY”

“Fake negative reviews full of complete lies by customers who are clearly out to damage businesses. Allowed by trust pilot to completely make up experiences that can be proved false but not allowed to remove them even if the business can prove its false. Claims of defemation by customers who are clearly lying are dismissed even though their fake reviews are clearly damaging a business. Told to stop reporting reviews or we will be blocked from reporting them. They clearly let anyone say anything without no concern of wether it’s true or not, they have taken control of peoples businesses even when products are not purchased through them, without there being proper moderation of reviews. Customers who have never existed leaving reviews about situations that have never happened. Customers who you can prove have been treated fairly allowed to make up stories and fake experiences because they don’t like that their mistake lead to them having to pay extra in delivery charges or things like that. Trust pilot has taken control of peoples businesses without any involvement in them or care for them what so ever. And you can’t demand that your business name and website be removed from there. So anyone can say anything they like true or not and be allowed to get away with it. We are having to resort to finding all proof and taking each person to court should they not remove all the lies from their reviews because trust pilot will not review a review even when you have clear evidence of the comments in the review all being lies. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service to business owners, unregulated and damaging to all businesses. It should be the businesses choice to be on websites such as this.”

“Trust pilot clearly work alongside businesses to remove negative reviews for a few, I wrote a review on behalf of my teenage son, they removed the review as I was named on the account on my sons insurance with Adrian Flux, my husband was so they said he or my son could write the reveiw, my husband wrote a reveiw & sent proof that he was on the account, they removed the review & ignored the proof, so my son wrote a review & they removed his review, also ignoring the proof that he also sent them, we then reviewed Trust Pilot themselves & yep they removed both mine & my sons review, I am in the process of contacting trading standards as they are clearly paid to remove reviews by some companies & therefore can not be trusted at all!!!”

“This site is toxic for businesses. They do not confirm if the customers are real, and they allow 1 star reviews to be left multiple times by the same people. When you challenge any of the bad reviews nothing is ever done. It's the most infuriating site ever, customers can state anything they like - call companies - liars, lazy, fake, don't trust them, they are not real, they steal your money .... when you appeal this with actual evidence like dispatch dates etc.. they say and I quote: ' While you might consider the language to be negative, this needs to be differentiated from being defamatory.' Seriously???? The world can be a nasty place and sites like this feed of of the negativity.”

“I want to advice everyone here ,please be careful when choosing a broker or Account manager to invest your fund,i was a victim of Crypto currency scam.they kept on requesting for additional fees before withdrawal can be processed ,at the end i lost all my fund. All effort to reached out to their customer support was declined ,i was heart broken for over four months.God so kind i was going through a broadcast on youtube and i came across a comment on how to get my lost fund back, i contacted the email provided. They instructed me to provide all the details about my broker who scammed me, wish i did without delay .To my greatest surprised they helped me to recovered all the money i lost.... i said i will continue to share this so that all scammed victims can recover their money back .they are really good and supportive.... you can check them on traderstec.net or WhatsApp ‪+1 (289) 816‑1858”

“I was a long term TrustPilot reviewer until recently when I decided to close my account. They remove perfectly honest and good reviews and don't even tell you why. They will be losing more and more users if they carry on like this.... Back handers from the reviewed companies possibly but I CBA reviewing websites to be treated like that!”

“I left a negative review for a company, the company flagged it, but i was a bit fed up with them so did not want to engage, trust pilot integrity team then contacts me requiring evidence that i was a genuine customer. I sent the order number but that wasnt enough. Seems like negative reviews are challeged and taken down, positive ones are ok. You can't yrust trust pilot teviews. Concentrate on the negative ones only as soneone has had to work hard to have it on trust pilot and jumped through loads of hoops.”

“Beware of this company. If they do not agree with “an honest review” they will delete it at the request of the company and then ignore you. I thought these companies were supposed to be unbiased but this one is definitely not, and it looks like they are on the side of the big companies. They are a complete joke.”

“Trustpilot as a review platform is a sham. They facilitate companies in removing the real-life reviews. When you have a negative comment, they remove it, they ask you to edit it, which you do, they then remove it again. You provide them all the evidence of the attached and they still remove the link because the scam company doesn't want it to be promoted. Don't trust Trustpilot and don't trust the companies on there....especially not paypercustomer”

“Hi, I am angry and frustrated that trust pilot has removed all of my reviews. I have tried to discuss the matter with them.Unable ever to get through by telephone and the return email was curt and rude saying the issue is closed with no review or indeed any explanation. Curiously my comments were praising the efficiency and politeness of a well respected company? I have absolutely no trust in their integrity so will never post another review or use their site for information. I have written to the company I was commenting on to advise them of the issue. I am not a fraudster so object to being treated as such. Hopeless company.”

“They deleted my negative review at the request of the company claiming they have an auto detection software that detects fake reviews. At the same time they let said company invite dozens and dozens of people with obviously fake accounts to write positive reviews about them. Overall score for said company (Postnord Sweden) have gone up from 1.6 to 3.6 in less than three months. Not shady at all!”

“Trustpilot fake review site Trustpilot fake review site Before parting with my hard earned cash like most people I would check the business out on review sites Trustpilot being one of them, but not anymore. Recently I downloaded for free from a company called Total Ad Block a free download that would stop pop up adds appearing on my computer. please read the review I posted for this company on Trustpilots website !!!! Total Adblock Do not try there free trial, if you decide its not for your computer when the free trial expires they will constantly harass you with there adds, seriously they are offering a service to stop annoying adds but its ok for them to send them. The most annoying thing is after you click the X to remove there add it comes back again !0 seconds latter. This is a bullying tactic and this company thinks your going to give them money after the stress they have created for you on your pc. I have now reset my pc to a earlier date (before I downloaded there free trial Trustpilot contacted me on behalf of Total Adblock claiming my review was fake and demanded I send them proof which was evidently imposable as it clearly states in the review I have now removed this download from my computer plus if you read Total Adblocks reviews on other sites there are reviews just like mine experiencing the same thing. Trustpilot remove negative reviews for companies as they pay Trustpilot a premium each month for other services they offer so basically they demand the negative review be removed or they will cancel there monthly premium. In the meantime people like you and me are not reading all the reviews only selected ones they choose.”
