“Leaving a review on trustpilot is a waste of time. They will argue it each time and demand more information or threaten to take the review down in 3 days. Even when you provide all the information they have asked for they will argue on behalf of the company. I don’t know if they get paid by them. They don’t seem impartial or in your side. Their staff seem incompetent and lack comprehension. They even removed all my reviews once off their own backs. I had to argue to get them back to which is a joke. For what they do their incompetency is shocking.”

“I have always been happy to leave reviews on trustpilot both good and bad but recently i left a review posted it, tried to edit it and it didnt read right so thought hey delete republish it typed up better but with all the original date and info as per the original post, i then go to log in to Trustpilot today and says my account suspended. I can find no emails, no correspondence saying they were going to suspend me and why. Im a bit perplexed and confused as to why as a honest genuine reviewer that iv been suspended, at nearly 59yrs old so this suspension thing is all new to me. Maybe trust pilot will reply to my contact message i sent them via their website today and explain why this sudden suspension. All review posted by me are accurate accounts of what has happened both good and bad so cant work out whats happenned.”

“Left a genuine review about a bus company over 6 months ago, receive an email from trustpilot giving me three days to supply the reference numbers etc. from over 6 months ago for a bus journey or my review will be deleted! Why would I even have retained this?!”

“Utterly disgusted by their commercial blackmailing behviour. As a business owner, we have over 13,000 reviews collected on Trustpilot. We decided to share the snippets of our OWN CUSTOMERS REVIEWS on our website, without using any of TP logo or copyright, they come back at us saying for us to keep our OWN CUSTOMERS REVIEWS on our OWN WEBSITE, then we need to pay tem a premium on our subscription. Disgusting. We surely refused, then they put a banner on our profile saying we are misleading our customers... How on earth is this even lawful. We cancelled our subscription on this dodgy money grabbing business and will be moving to another review collection site. Somewhere more ethical. If you are new to this wholething, you better off going somewhere else and collecting your reviews there. Dont even share this site with your customers or clients.”

“I wrote this about a company. "They operate in violation of the GDPR." After that, Turstpilot immediately suspended my user account. It seems that if you describe the GDPR in one of your reviews, your profile will be deleted immediately. (GDPR - European Data Protection Regulation.)”

“I returned the faulty product to kube 3d explaining the problem I was experiencing Alex responded immediately and kept me informed of the returns process . This morning , I received the correct product and everything is fine . Excellent customer service thank you”

“Robots controlling reviews, has become unreliable so God knows what review is genuine or not. Had a genuine review blocked as apparently its something to do with business review...but they don't tell me any more information. Useless.”

“If a business pays for a business account, they can request the removal of reviews by requiring customers to jump through hoops to prove their authenticity. It's evident that they intentionally leave these reviews up for an extended period, only removing them after six months, banking on the likelihood that the reviewer won't revisit the issue once emotions have subsided. Use Google as you review platform they won't remove them for money.”

“Terrible company, they remove your review ask for proof, you provide proof and they say it's not good enough even though you have a reference to the case your referring to and you are logged in to that companies website with your product on display Been wasting my time trying to reason with them, until I thought my experience with trustpilot is worse than my experience with the company I was initially reviewing. So for anyone thinking of leaving a review forget about it unless you accidentally got your passport photo'ed in your issues”
