“Trustpilot can not be trusted because they ban good people from telling the truth. The people who who work for Trustpilot are a gang of Ungodly Evil Heathens. Amen! MILLIONS of innocent people suffer because of TRUSTPILOT. GOD punishes us according to our sins. Amen!”

“I was scammed out of several thousands of dollars by Webdevelopersllc.com (WARNING, there is a similar company with exactly the same name without an S )who had a Trustpilot logo on their homepage. Trustpilot does not make it easy to leave a review, but I jump through all of their hoops to leave a one star review for this company. Last time I looked, my review was the only review, but they were rated at something like four stars. I warned people in my review to not use this company. Everything about them was fake. I also said before anybody uses this company, please call me, Charles King 214-663-2813. I got a call from a guy who was using this company and Had already paid them $32,000. In my opinion, Trustpilot is a scam. The reviews are not reliable, but it gives the impression that the company is legitimate.”

“I had a really nasty experience at a Blackpool KFC, so much so I felt the need to review, only later to find my review had been taken down, after many emails I am still no further. I sent them the reciept (which was 1stly requested) to prove the review was genuine but this wasnt enough! The reply I got was my name needed to be on the reciept!!! Who EVER has their name on a reciept from KFC?, I have also offered to send in the debit card transaction showing both purchases and STILL they arnt budging, I was treated very rudely and also discovered KFC are FORCEABLY upselling their products. I have repeatedly asked for their complaints procedure and also their governing body to which I have yet to be informed. I have kept all proofs and correspondence and will wait a little while longer for a suitable reply then I will be contacting the CMA. I also have read recently about Trust Pilots FTSE Index rise in position!!! Hmm.”

“Thank you for teaching me how unreliable your platform actually is. You remove both positive and negative reviews so no one knows what’s really going on with a company. Your representation of consumers experience is FALSE! Because you decide what goes live and what gets deleted. This is the scary part. Like thousands of other people who are using other means to leave reviews and learn about goods and services before purchasing - I too will look elsewhere. Clearly, there is room for another platform who allows the public to speak.”

“Trustpilot will accept poor reviews, but will remove good ones. Their entire model is based upon making people and businesses subscribe. By allowing unverified bad reviews they pressure the business involved to become a paying member and send links to as many people as possible to outweigh the good ones.”

“IHas TrustPilot taken the role of internet police or advisory? Posted 5**** review for a website called Thefirstgroupscam.com. found it very informative and give a good insight into the fraudulent behaviour of TheFirst Group. They removed my post and advised me to contact the police or consumer board. TrustPilot in collusion with TFG! Pathetic!!”

“Trustpilot. Worst rating platform EVER. someone left a bad review for a company with a similar company name to mine and now I can`t get it deleted unless I pay trust pilot!!! They are happy to keep bad reviews but keep deleting good reviews. I had a customer tell me he tried leaving me a review on trust pilot for them to email him the day later asking him to prove he order something from us. I bet they don’t ask for the same information when someone leaves a bad review.”

“They removed my review because they didn't think it was true!!! They are asking me to provide a receipt of the transaction or purchase to prove I bought the service! Only I am using the free version of it! I suppose we are not allowed to review free services!”

“If you collected reviews on Trustpilot you are not allowed to show them on your website or in any marketing materials if you do not have the paid plan. In my opinion, this is ridiculous. It's simply the opinion/voice of a customer and Trustpilot has no rights on the opinion of a customer to forbid us to display it on our website (even without any logo or reference to Trustpilot, just to add that). If you want to write this as a review on TrustPilot, they don't display it. They hide their own 1 star reviews but if I as a business flag a review that is clearly defamation they don't.”
