“I signed up for trust pilot recently because I have purchased a lot of items online and have had varying experiences with sellers in the same sector. However, despite providing proof of customer interaction with all companies, only the positive review was pushed through. This leads me to believe that Trustpilot is more a marketing tool than a vehicle for transparency. Therefore, Trustpilot is for businesses selling goods, not for buyers looking to make informed decisions.”
