“Muy mal servicio. Unos costes altísimos por el servicio premium con reviews. No merece la pena en ningún caso. La mejora en SEO no es sustancial. Procura mejor posicionamiento el linkbuilding que contrates con esos 600€ al trimestre. Además muy mal trato. Cuando tienes un problema con los pagos de facturas te bloquean el servicio y te obligan a pagar la factura apelando al contrato anual sin ofrecer algún beneficio como devolver el tiempo que no has disfrutado del servicio por el bloqueo. Una auténtica extorsión.”

“That’s the original review I left for MCluck and every time I put a negative review to them they remove it. That’s not being transparent, they probably getting paid to remove negative reviews and just leave the 5 star Review removed A BIG NOOO I thought this place was going to get better by the day, but after my first and last redemption things haven’t change a bit, still having nasty agents and still asking for information that has been provided before….. don’t spend your money on this site,, go play Luckyland or Modo.. not profesional at all. I will not be going back”

“Has to be the most corrupt and untrustworthy review site out there. If you compare google reviews to their score (on the same companies obviously) 99.99 times out of 100 they will be vastly different, with google usually reflecting true opinion. I know for an absolute fact that they use algorithms to target negative reviews but ONLY for the companies that pay them. (I know this because I know developers who worked in their Edinburgh office). So the upshot is, they will actively seek out and take down negative reviews to boost the score of the companies that subscribe to them. Absolute shambles and this industry really needs to be regulated. They are deliberately misleading comsumers by removing genuine negative reviews, which obviously falsifies the overall score. DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT!!!”

“The youngsters on the keyboards have very little real life experience and while still wet behind the ears do not have maturity to understand what a lot of reviews actually mean. Typical American style college dropouts. Trustpilot are still writing reviews for 'cash in the pocket'. Not recommended as a trustworthy review base, minus the star ratings by 2.5 for a more honest result”

They prevent the truth from being told, making England and the rest of the world a worse of place to live. “This people censure the real opinion of business owners telling the truth about spamming companys that sabotage us business and impersonate us marketing business and use scrapping and scare tactics in order to get business owner to buy there services. “Trustpilot can not be trusted and are corrupt, they are removing honest negative reviews and are in the back pockets of companies that they profit from, i was asked to provide evidence (once again) for a review i left for Highloft who ripped me off, the review was again removed but now they cannot give me a reason as to why they removed it, their reviews are FAKE.”

“I've tried to review Temu on Trustpilot, and they refuse to publish anything on Temu. I've provided screenshots of communications with TEMU, my account number, name, email used for the account, etc., and they email me, address me by name, and say they can't publish a review because I didn't provide my name or email. When I told them they clearly have both, they then said my name must appear on an email communication with TEMU??? Temu addresses me by my email address (minus the @google.com). Clearly Temu knows how to get around being reviewed on their site, and they are complicit in assisting Temu in taking advantage of many customers by not allowing reviews to be posted, even with multiple screenshots of communications that only I would have. Reading that companies with paid accounts get negative reviews taken down but companies that won't pay them for an account have trouble keeping positive reviews up, says all you need to know about TRUSTPILOT!”

“Trustpilot is an absolute joke. It protect scammers con artist by given them option to alter or get rid of a truth reflection of reviews. Also allowing companies to have several accounts for the one company is a joke on your website. If the customers were to put up sever al reviews about the same company trustpilot would take it down, does protect consumers!!!!”
