“So pleased with my new solar system, just wanted to say thank you to all the team at LJM Solutions who helped me. Very polite, friendly and professional service from start to finish. Chloe was so patient and explained how the system worked and all the savings I would make on my bills, she even offered me free bird proofing. When the lads came to fit the panels they were lovely, didn't make any mess and had finished the job in just a few hours. I have to say that I'm impressed with the huge Duracell battery I now have which saves me a fortune at night - so grateful to Chloe for recommending I opt for the battery. I chose LJM Solutions as they were a local family business, and because they were MCS certified, and I am so glad I did. Josh, one of the bosses has been out to check everything is working perfectly and explain how I can monitor everything on my new app. They made me feel part of their family. Thank you so much.”

“TrustPilot is hugely conflicted - they get marketing dollars from some unsavory characters and then delete any negative reviews. The unsavory firm than touts all its great reviews on TrustPilot as a reason to do business with the fraudulent form it's promoting .I can only hope TrustPilot is sued down the road as they are an accomplice to the fraud”

“NO STARS. Beware of Trustpilot. They are thieving scammers. They renew subscriptions for their customers and increase the subscription price without permission even when you give your notice. I will never recommend this to my clients again and I am revoking my affiliate association with them. You give companies a bad name... You don't promote Trust at all. Bad Trustpilot.”

“They censor all my reviews despite me providing evidence. For example they blocked my review about obtaining a CCJ against Lambeth Clowncil even though I sent a copy of the court document. “I had an extremely disappointing experience with this portal. They blocked my account after I left a negative review about Shine.de, a company that misleads sellers. You can’t return poor-quality items and get a full refund because you might not realize you’re buying non-refundable vouchers or items intended for specific events, like parties. After sharing this honest experience on Trustpilot, I was flagged and now have to provide proof of everything I mentioned. This behavior from the portal is completely unacceptable.”
